Youth: Potential Parents & Change Agents

Youth as young men and women, moving towards adulthood are the potential parents and change agents.  If they are engaged meaningfully in early childhood education and developmental activities, they will learn how to be a loving, caring and respectful facilitator, a teacher, care giver and parents.
Youth has a lot of energy, freshness, and curiosity for learning. Their meaningful engagement in activities increases high motivation to experiment new ideas.  This motivation makes them flexible to accept change.  Similarly, it also helps them to develop a vision and future goal to achieve in life.  Moreover, the high motivation and small success in life increases their leadership skills and they become role model for their communities.
Therefore, it’s important to involve youth in early childhood initiatives as volunteers, interns and employees so they can develop a better understanding and practice in their life routine.
When this happens, they can be effective parents, resourceful citizens and role models for change. Ultimately, they will be contributor of economical development that can lead them to Improving poverty in their society.
